'Join me for this 35 minute CARDIO CORE FUSION Workout. In this workout we will be fusing some cardio moves with some mobility, strength and core moves to get a full body workout. This workout should get your heart rate up and give you a little stretch as well. As always I’ll give you different options and modifications for all fitness levels. Let’s do it!
