'Mums and Bubs Pilates is a course for mothers with bubs yet to start exploring the room themselves. The full body workout on the mat uses body weight for resistance and some equipment to tone, stretch and strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominals to help the postnatal recovery. The class is structured so the baby can lay next to the mother, socialise with others or be involved in some of the exercises.'See also:
