'10 Minute Abs This workout is designed to be done when you have little space and no equipment. Some of the exercises can be increased to a more advanced level by adding a dumbbell or kettlebell, however as a bodyweight only workout it is still extremely effective at helping to build those all important core muscles as well as help you burn fat. As always you cannot spot reduce fat! So if you are looking at this workout to only lose fat from your stomach that is not how fitness works. However it will help you to build those overall core muscles to support your body during other exercises (hint....that\'s most exercises). The more you strengthen your core and abs the more it will help you to progress with your fitness journey.
