'Coach J Challenge & Coach J 1Lbs Challenge September 1st - 7th 2014  This week we will be adding nutrition to our workout. This is part 1 of this weeks challenges. This weeks workout will be a 2min Plank followed by a 20min Run or walk for distance.   Run or walk days will be as follows: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturdays  Each time you go out see how far you can get in 20min  For our nutrition it will be as follows: Wednesday, Friday & Saturday  Part #2 will be posted Wednesday so stay tuned for that'
