'Coach J Challenge   Day 14 Lite workout and  or rest day    Pick 1 of the following to do  1⃣ Yoga class  2⃣ Spin class  3⃣ 5KM run timed  4⃣ Lite workout   #4 as follows   -light jog  - jumping jacks - floor jacks -alternating back stepping  lunges with trunk twist -squats holds   Mat work (abs) 1min each  -leg lift -side plank with hip drop -side plank with hip drop  -crunches -V ups - reg plank   Have Fun  For more info regarding the Coach J Challenge follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ all @coachjfitness'
