'At Food Secure Canada\'s 2012 Assembly, \"Powering Up: Food for the Future\", Councillor Dave Loken introduced the key components of Edmonton\'s strategy for Agriculture and Food. Councillor Loken led the process that resulted in the FRESH strategy that was under debate at City Council as he welcomed delegates to the conference on Nov. 2, 2012.
