'HIIT workout for seniors and beginners using hand weights ( I’m using 4 pounds) with ab exercises and stretching on the mat. During this HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout we will increase the heart rate during four cardio intervals using fun and big moves and exercises. We will allow the heart rate to come down between intervals by using dumbbells to tone our arms. After the fourth and final cardio interval we will come to the floor for abdominal toning exercises and overall stretching. This is one of my more challenging workouts! Please go at your own pace. If you feel you are working too hard, please pause the video until you can safely join back in. You can also lower the intensity by not doing the arm movements. Remember to drink your water please!
