'7 Minutes in Heaven AMRAPS Part 1'

'This ain\'t the Seven Minutes in Heaven you remember from high school!!!       Grab your dumbbells and kettlebells and set those timers for 7:00 minutes. In this workout you will be doing AMRAPS (As Many Rounds As Possible) for 7:00 minutes alternating between two different moves doing 7 reps of each. Lets CRUSH IT!'
