All of my classes are specifically designed to support new mama\'s navigating their new post-bub bodies, in a safe, compassionate and inclusive way. All my yoga classes are suitable for mums who are 6 weeks postpartum (provided you have had your GP\'s \"ok\" - very important!!) and also totally suitable for beginners right through to seasoned yogis. I am a fully qualified yoga teacher & mama of two, specialising in post natal yoga. I have served & loved on new mums for nearly a decade throughout some of the most reputable studios in Melbourne - it is an absolute passion.
