'Outdoor workout for mums & bubs. Keeping active outdoors & using minimal equipment & a baby.  Do 10 reps of each exercise & set your timer for 20 - 30 minutes depending on how long your little one will sit in the stroller. Aim to do as many rounds as possible.  Have fun xx'
