'Day 8 Day 8 Tabata\'s Each exercise is 20sec of training as fast as you can go and 10sec of rest. Performing 8 sets total equalling 4min 1⃣ Jump Squats (or regular squats) 2⃣ Push Ups (level 1 or 2) 3⃣ Bicep Curls 4⃣ Triceps Kickback 5⃣ Burpees (level 1,2 or 3) Total time of training 20min not including warm up and cool down.
