'Day 26 of the Coach J Challenge    Let\'s Flex it Out   Workout   Complete all 5 exercises then take  1min rest before starting it again.  3 sets total   1) 10 reps walkouts  2) forward 20 reps leg swings (each leg) 3) 10 reps each leg (Right) then (Left) slow side lunges  (with chest coming down  and hands going forward) 4) 20 scorpions  5) 20 shoulder taps each side (R) (L) (in hand plank position)   For more info regarding the  Coach J Challenge follow on Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and Google+ all @coachjfitness'
