'A few images from before I began working out at home with @rwl and then progressing to going to the gym. The last video I think shows just how much happier I am in my body. Of course I still have areas that I want to improve (smaller waist and more muscle in my upper body) but I\'m at peace that it\'s a marathon and not a sprint. I had such low self esteem and body confidence when I was a size 4. I\'m really disappointed that I felt this way but honestly, ever since I\'ve been lifting weights, I\'ve felt the most confident that I have in my body in like forever. Weight lifting has had such a positive impact in my life and if it\'s something you\'re considering doing, absolutely go for it! I promise you won\'t get bulky or look manly (seems to be the most common worries). I want everyone to feel confident in their own skin and appreciate their own journeysSee also:
