'Chicago Moves Day 2021: Senior Chair Fitness'

'Join us for this functional low impact strength and conditioning class led by Louis Battle, ACE certified personal trainer and CSCS, from Ogden Park. This class is designed for seniors with some minor motor impairments, and/or individuals starting/restarting a basic fitness program.
