'15 Minutes of Fitness from Crush Fitness with Marcos.  Monday - Friday new videos at 6am PST. Workout -   Perform each exercise for 30-45 seconds (all levels) 2 Circuits, 3 rounds per circuit  Circuit 1: (perform each exercise 3x) 1) Butt Kicks  2) Leg Rotations 3) Pulse Lunges 4) Calf Raises  1-2 minute rest  Circuit 2: (perform each exercise 3x) 1) Core Toe-Taps 2) Plank Get-Ups 3) Jumping Jacks 4) V-Ups   Remember to push yourselves but take breaks as needed.
