To get your abs popping like Zac Efron, the first step is to bring your body fat percentage down to 8-10%.   For the zac efron abs workout, you want to focus on three exercises. Hanging leg raises, side to side bent knee ups and abs wheel roll outs. This will build your entire abdominal region.   Do these three exercises two times per week. I recommend doing three sets of 8-15 reps with 1-2 minutes rest between sets.   After about 2 months of this training, your abs should be much better developed and visible.
