Watch Mandira Bedi\'s Fitness from Home routine to get your fitness as well as your life goals done!  As lockdown due to COVID-19 extends, you need to adapt and find new ways to keep your fitness goals from derailing. Going to the gym daily or taking that morning walk might not be possible now, but that doesn\'t mean you have to give up on your health goals.  In this video, Mandira Bedi, esteemed Bollywood actress and fitness freak, shows you her daily workout routine. All you need to get started is a yoga mat and your phone\'s stopwatch.  The following exercises get performed in the video - 1st minute - Squats 2nd minute - Lunges - Right leg - Front and Back 3rd minute - Jumping Jacks 4th minute - Lunges - Left leg - Front and Back 5th minute - Squats 6th and 7th minute - Arm rotation - Circular and Upwards 8th minute - Jumping jacks 9th minute - Glute Bridges 10th minute - Squats 11th minute - Air walk (alternatively, you can do crunches with your legs raised at 90 degrees) 12th minute - Jumping Jacks 13th minute - Twists  Take a break for 2 minutes. Drink water if you feel dehydrated, and then repeat the exercises in the order given above. Always keep moving to keep your heart rate up and going.  It might just be under 30 minutes, but the above routine is more than enough to get your fitness goals back on track.
