'COACH J CHALLENGE (Assessment)   Day 16   Warm up continuously for 6min   30 high knee run 30 Mt. Climbers Twist  30 Jump jack squats   If you have done the assessment already this will be a good test to see how your fitness level is doing. Make sure you pick the same level for your assessment so it\'s being compared to the exact test from the first time.
