'Obese to Beast & Brix Fitness!!!! I just wanted to take the time to think two of the gentleman that help motivate me. Both of these gentlemen lost the weight the natural way as did I. Today I stand at a 202 lb weight loss from the biggest I\'ve ever been and they definitely were and encouragement.'
