'LB Kass BIO I danced professionally with the NBA\'s Phoenix Suns Dance Team for 5 years. I was represented professionally by DDO Dance Artist Agency. I has been a featured public speaker at corporate engagements and have modeled for dance clothing companies. I was the Director of Capezio Marketing & External Affairs. After guiding the Capezio brand, I decided that I wanted to return to my roots as an instructor. Using my nearly 35 years of dance experience, I created the Dancebody Workout™ program. Yollet Technique™ and Danzenergy Fitness™ are my featured classes. Yollet and Danzenergy have been featured in Dance Spirit Magazine. I was a two-time Lululemon Athletica Ambassador. My studio won \"Best of Monmouth New Jersey\" for best studio 2013. I am excited about bringing fun back to workouts while helping others achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle.  YOLLET Technique  YOLLET  - (Yoga + Ballet = Yollet) Continuous movement, no floor work dance fitness class. A relaxing but powerful yoga inspired ballet class that changes your body as you relieve stress. I will teach you technique and together we\'ll focus on proper body alignment in Yollet. Proper body alignment is crucial to get the most out of your workout while preventing injury. My method is called Focused Movement Training. Focus Movement Training means every step has intention. You are going to move with a PURPOSE. My Yollet class is composed of 14 dance routines that combine movement and choreography representing the 5 principles of Yollet: Technique, Alignment, Definition, Balance and Release. You don\'t need weights, a barre or a mat for this body transformation workout. All you need is YOU and the determination to work hard. You will use your own body for resistance and engage every muscle with each movement. The broad menu of original movements guarantees not just a great workout but also an improved state of mind.
